Guaranteed original German M40 helmet with a well-preserved original decal.
Introduced in 1940, the M40 kept the shape of the earlier M35 but moved to ventilation holes punched directly through the shell. Examples that still carry a well-preserved original decal are the most sought-after version of this pattern.
