Original German WWII Luftwaffe belt buckle, commonly referred to by collectors as a “Partisan” buckle.
Luftwaffe enlisted belt buckles carry the flying eagle motif and were produced in aluminium and, later in the war, in steel. Collectors use the nickname partisan for this particular variant, and the buckle is listed here under the name it is known by in the collecting community rather than an official designation.
