Guaranteed original German M40 helmet with a well-preserved original decal and combat damage.
Service decals were applied to German helmets until the practice was ordered discontinued during the war years, so a shell that still carries a legible decal is significantly harder to find than a repainted one. This example combines a surviving decal with visible combat damage.
